Will Poppy actually understand salon terminology?
Yes. Poppy understands the trade: balayage, ombre, T-section, root stretch, toner, glaze, foils, semi vs permanent colour, treatments, the lot. No live transfer — but every call is logged in your dashboard within seconds. On the Pro plan, you can choose to have urgent calls transferred live to your mobile instead. You can also set "Do not disturb" hours, and every call is logged either way.
Can Poppy take payments or deposits?
Not directly. For security reasons we don't take payment details over the phone. But Poppy can text the caller a Stripe payment link mid-call so they can sort the deposit themselves while she's still on the line with them.
What about my regulars and VIPs? (Pro)
Poppy can recognise repeat callers, names and phone numbers. Tag your regulars and VIPs in the dashboard and Poppy treats them differently: warmer greeting, faster routing, no spam filtering. They feel looked after even when you're with another client.
How quickly can I cancel if I don't like it?
No notice period, no exit fees, no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want and you won't be charged again. We won't take a penny during the 7-day trial. Cancel any time before day 8 and pay nothing.
