Will Poppy actually understand salon terminology?
Yes. Poppy understands the trade: balayage, ombre, T-section, root stretch, toner, glaze, foils, semi vs permanent colour, treatments, the lot. Can Poppy handle last-minute bookings and urgent client requests?

Will Poppy quote prices accurately?

What happens if I'm with a client and Poppy transfers a call to me?

Can Poppy take payments or deposits?
