Can Poppy handle proper emergencies out-of-hours?
That's exactly what she's built for. You set the rules for what counts as an emergency in your book, and Poppy listens for those signals on every call. What if a customer asks about my Gas Safe registration?

Will Poppy quote prices accurately?

What happens if I'm halfway through a job and Poppy transfers a call to me?
You decide what gets transferred. Most plumbers set Poppy to transfer only true emergencies (no heat, gas leak, flooding) and let her take messages for everything else. You can also set "Do not disturb" hours when nothing transfers. Even emergencies route to a colleague or get logged for callback.
Can Poppy take payments or deposits?
Not directly. For security reasons we don't take payment details over the phone. But Poppy can text the caller a Stripe payment link mid-call so they can sort the deposit themselves while she's still on the line with them.
What if it's a corporate landlord or letting agent calling?
