Will Poppy quote prices accurately?

What happens if I'm halfway through a callout and Poppy transfers a call to me?
You decide what gets transferred. Most locksmiths set Poppy to transfer only true emergencies (lockouts with kids inside, post-break-in calls) and let her book or message everything else. You can also set "Do not disturb" hours when nothing transfers. Even urgent calls get logged for callback.
Can Poppy take payments or deposits?
Not directly. For security reasons we don't take payment details over the phone. But Poppy can text the caller a Stripe payment link mid-call so they can sort the deposit themselves while she's still on the line with them.
What about existing customers calling for follow-up work?
