No live transfer — but every call is logged in your dashboard within seconds. On the Pro plan, you can choose to have urgent calls transferred live to your mobile instead. You can also set "Do not disturb" hours, and every call is logged either way.
Can Poppy take payments or deposits?
Not directly. For security reasons we don't take payment details over the phone. But Poppy can text the caller a Stripe payment link mid-call so they can sort the deposit themselves while she's still on the line with them.
What about existing customers calling about an active job? (Pro)
Poppy can recognise repeat callers, names and phone numbers.
